MADE Careers is working with a globally recognised architecture, urbanism and design practice looking to appoint a senior Associate / Associate Director within its London Masterplanning team.

Working alongside one of the industry's most respected masterplanning leaders, you'll play a key role in the design and delivery of ambitious regeneration and masterplanning projects across the UK and internationally.

The team is looking for an exceptional designer; someone with outstanding urban design instincts, excellent graphic communication skills and the confidence to lead projects, inspire teams and help shape the creative direction of the studio.

The Role

Working closely with the Head of Masterplanning, you'll play a leading role in the creative direction of projects, helping develop compelling urban design responses from concept through to delivery.

You'll lead project teams, build strong client relationships and contribute to a diverse portfolio of large scale masterplanning, regeneration and mixed-use developments, while helping nurture the next generation of designers within the studio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
