Associate Brand Protection Analyst – French Fluency
Location: Wilmington, DE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET Work Model: Hybrid

About the Role
As an Associate Brand Protection Analyst on our Digital Brand Services team, you’ll play a key role in enforcing clients’ brand rights and recovering strategic domain names. Your responsibilities include:
- Sending cease and desist letters and filing domain disputes
- Collaborating with global teams to align with customer acquisition and enforcement strategies
- Supporting international clients and colleagues
This role is perfect for a highly motivated, tech-savvy individual passionate about global branding, IP law, and digital enforcement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic advice & brand protection: Help customers develop comprehensive brand protection strategies
- Global collaboration: Work closely with international teams and clients to ensure alignment
- Proactive problem-solving: Anticipate client concerns and propose solutions
- Research & analysis: Conduct background investigations, investigate trademark infringements and brand abuse
- Content review: Analyze websites to identify infringing content
- Legal documents & case management:
- Draft complaints under UDRP, DRP & URS frameworks
- Manage enforcement-related casework
- Coordination & transfer: Work with internal teams to acquire/recover and transfer domain names
- Self-direction: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Technical Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Proficiency in French (Fluency essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Paralegal certificate or independent courses in Intellectual Property Law, Trademarks, or online brand protection
- Technical/data analysis experience (research or engineering background beneficial)
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Prior exposure to technological environments

- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workloads under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a track record of high-quality outputs
- Direct, honest, and transparent in client/coworker interactions
