At Kroll, our teams help clients make confident decisions, manage risk, and create value. This role offers the opportunity to sit at the heart of our EMEA growth agenda, helping senior leaders turn business development priorities into clear, well-executed action.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Development [Operations] Associate to join Kroll’s Risk Advisory Revenue Office, with an initial focus on the Law Channel. Working closely with the Associate Managing Director leading the Law Channel across EMEA, you will help strengthen relationships with law firms, support strategic client activity, and keep key business development initiatives moving at pace. The role is based in our London office.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys bringing structure, energy, and momentum to a fast-moving commercial environment. You will coordinate day-to-day activity, maintain strong operating discipline, support events and campaigns, and ensure opportunities, actions, and client engagement are tracked effectively.
Over time, the role may also support other priority sales channels, giving you broad exposure to Kroll’s services, senior stakeholders, and growth initiatives across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of the EMEA Law Channel go-to-market strategy, helping to turn plans into practical actions, clear timelines, and measurable progress.
- Act as a central coordinator for Law Channel activity, including meetings, follow-up actions, reporting, pipeline tracking, and regular operating cadence.
- Work with the Law Channel Leader for EMEA and other stakeholders to maintain client plans, relationship maps, and engagement trackers for priority law firms.
- Coordinate proposals, engagement letters, capability statements, working closely with relevant teams.
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to develop, update, and organise targeted campaigns, presentations, event materials, and other Law Channel collateral.
- Maintain Salesforce discipline by logging meetings and relationship touchpoints, keeping contact data current, and supporting accurate dashboards and performance reporting.
- Coordinate strategic roundtables, relationship meetings, and networking events, ensuring stakeholders are well prepared in advance through clear briefing materials, and that follow-up actions are captured, assigned, and progressed after each activity.
- Gather and summarise client, competitor, and market intelligence to support account planning, pitches, and leadership updates.
- Support internal communications, reporting, and knowledge-sharing linked to Law Channel priorities.
- Provide flexible execution support for other sales channel initiatives where coordination, reporting, events, collateral, or Salesforce support is required.
- Build strong relationships across the wider business development team, marketing, commercial operations, and senior stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
