Capital Markets Associate (1-2 PQE) London
We are currently partnering with a leading US law firm to recruit a junior Capital Markets Associate (1-2 PQE) into its London office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded, internationally respected practice known for its collaborative culture, top-tier client base, and exposure to complex, cross-border work.

The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of capital markets work, with a strong international focus. This will include:
- Equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and secondary offerings
- Debt capital markets work, including high-yield and investment-grade issuances
- Advising on SEC-registered and Rule 144A/Reg S offerings
- Supporting on liability management exercises and other complex financing transactions
- Working directly with clients, including major corporates, financial sponsors, and leading investment banks
Associates in the team benefit from early responsibility and significant client exposure, while continuing to receive hands-on support and development from senior lawyers.
Candidate Profile
- England & Wales or US qualified (NY preferred), with 1-2 years' PQE
- Experience in capital markets from a leading international or top-tier firm
- Strong technical grounding and a genuine interest in cross-border work
- Excellent academic background
- Commercially minded with strong communication skills
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
