The Role: Associate Channel Marketing Manager EMEA

We’re seeking an ambitious, results-driven Associate Channel Marketing Manager to drive revenue and partner engagement across EMEA. Risk-taking marketer? The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, data-driven environment—managing everything from campaign execution to cross-functional alignment.

Core purpose: Develop and deliver strategic Channel Marketing Initiatives that fuel growth, deepen relationships with partners, and amplify Belkin’s disruptive edge.


### Key Responsibilities

Channel Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Align the EMEA Channel Marketing Plan with local revenue goals.
  • Localize and activate global campaigns for the EMEA region—namely, Germany, UK, Russia, and beyond.
  • Partner with MDF (Market Development Funds) teams to optimise budget allocation and reporting.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns:
    • Email campaigns & digital ads
    • Webinars & virtual events
    • Trade show promotions & in-person demos

Partner Engagement & GDT (Global & Direct Tools)

  • Work alongside Channel Sales Managers to identify and seize growth opportunities.
  • Develop onboarding and toolkits for new channel partners (VARs, distributors, integrators).
  • Equip partners with compelling demand-generation assets—messaging templates, social/collateral materials.
  • Monitor partner engagement levels to drive compliance and activation.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Lead co-marketing initiatives that generate high-intent leads.
  • Track performance, measure KPIs, and fine-tune strategies (ROI, pipeline contribution, lead conversion).
  • Maintain a push-for-results, results-in-uniform-completion mentality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align on messaging and brand strategy with Global Marketing.
  • Liaise with Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Vendor & agency management, including third-party workshops, CAD approvals, resale/licensing compliance.

Experience & Qualifications

Required

✅ 2–4 years in B2B Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Partner Marketing. ✅ Prior experience with EMEA-conscious campaigns (knowledgeable about regional market dynamics). ✅ Skilled in project management and simultaneously managing multi-channel campaigns. ✅ Analytical mindset with abundant insight-gathering documentation. ✅ Strong written + verbal communication skills (for reports, presentations, negotiations). ✅ Wide-ranging task ownership in a fast-moving organisational environment.

Preferred

🔹 Experience in tech, smart home, audio, connectivity, or enterprise solutions. 🔹 Hands-on familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Marketo, HubSpot). 🔹 Previous investment and MDF budget management experience. 🔹 Experience with VARs, distributors, or channel-linked loyalty programs.
