What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a results-driven Associate Channel Marketing Manager for EMEA to develop and execute channel marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate with sales teams, global marketing teams, and partners to drive pipeline growth, engagement, and revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a B2B marketing professional thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-driven environment—especially with experience in channel ecosystems.


Responsibilities

Channel Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Support EMEA channel marketing plans aligned with regional revenue goals.
  • Localise and activate global campaigns for EMEA markets.
  • Assist in building joint marketing plans with key channel partners.
  • Manage the MDF (Market Development Funds) process and reporting.
  • Coordinate campaign execution including:
    • Email campaigns
    • Digital marketing
    • Webinars
    • In-person events

Partner Engagement & Enablement

  • Collaborate with channel sales managers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop partner-facing toolkits and campaign-in-a-box programs.
  • Support onboarding and enablement for new partners.
  • Ensure partners have:
    • Messaging materials
    • Assets
    • Demand-generation tools

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Drive co-marketing initiatives generating qualified leads.
  • Track campaign performance and optimise based on data insights.
  • Monitor KPIs, including:
    • Pipeline contribution
    • Return on investment (ROI)
    • Partner engagement
    • Lead conversion

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with global marketing teams to align messaging and branding.
  • Coordinate with:
    • Field marketing
    • Digital marketing
    • Product marketing teams
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies as required.

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or partner marketing
  • Experience working across EMEA markets
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to:
    • Track performance metrics
    • Interpret data effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred

  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
  • Familiarity with:
    • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)
  • Understanding of channel ecosystems (e.g., VARs, distributors, system integrators)
  • Experience managing MDF budgets
