Salary:
- £45,000–£90,000+ annually (excluding bonus)
- First-year earnings: Typically between £55,000–£71,000 with potential for higher OTE
- 35-hour clinical workweek with performance-based bonus included

What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities Daily & Weekly:
Clinical Excellence & Patient Care ✔ Attract clients: Leverage referrals, social media, community engagement, and health screenings. ✔ Consult properly: Listen to client goals, conduct thorough assessments (X-rays & chiropractic testing as needed). ✔ Customise care: Create personalised plans matching a client’s needs. ✔ Communication magic: Leave patients clear, confident, and empowered—they should understand their care. ✔ Adjust with precision: Locate & correct vertebral subluxations. ✔ Integrate care: Collaborate with massage therapists, lifestyle coaches, and the team for holistic outcomes. ✔ Connect deeper: Make every visit meaningful— clients must feel seen, cared for, and understood. ✔ Teach & prevent: Educate on nervous-system health, Lifestyle, and wellness. ✔ Link care to life: Tie outcomes to real-world results—e.g., family goals, performance & wellness. ✔ Retain clients: Regularly check in & provide follow-up when needs change.
