Join us and be part of something extraordinary. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing Associate I to join our Conventional Trust Platform. This role is located in Manchester, UK.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Performing routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions
  • Interacting with other organizational units and teams to ensure timely delivery of service and resolution of issues
  • Processing account-related transactions per scheduled events and client-authenticated direction
  • Following established procedures to answer inquiries and resolve problems or issues
  • Managing situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to client feedback
  • Escalating more complex situations to senior colleagues
  • Integrating area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients
  • Performing complex operational tasks in a product or functional area
  • Contributing to the achievement of team objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the following is required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, confident using phone and MS Teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in using digital tools.
