A Day in the Life
Working in the Client Service team as an Associate involves:
- Acting as the primary liaison between clients and expert insights.
- Managing simultaneous projects for top-tier investors, strategists, and dealmakers.
- Multitasking across multiple parallel workstreams while maintaining strong communications.

Your Responsibilities
Key duties include:
- Recruiting domain-specific experts—critical matching for client project needs.
- Thoroughly understanding project, market, legal, and regulatory contexts.
- Ownership of the full project lifecycle:
- Initiating and managing client-expert communication.
- Ensuring seamless collaboration via call scheduling and coordination.
Success Within the Associate Program
The program prioritizes your development through:
- Early business exposure without industry or profession restrictions.
- Development of transferable commercial skills, including:
- Professional communications.
- Negotiation and persuasion.
- Project and time management.
- Clear career progression:
- Manager position after 24-30 months.
- Vice President opportunity after around 5 years.
- Potential qualification for the MBA Tuition Program, providing financial support for select top global business schools.
Key Requirements
We seek individuals who can deliver at the highest level on a daily basis with:

- A strong academic background (undergraduate degree of at least a 2:1).
- Noteworthy extracurricular achievements throughout education.
- Relevant internship experience.
- Fluent English and either:
- An equivalent level of Hindi or C2 proficiency.
Compensation & Benefits
Total First-Year Compensation
£48,500–£57,500 (average to high-performers), comprising:
- Annual base salary: £41,500.
- Uncapped variable compensation based on individual performance.
Core Benefits

- 25 vacation days, plus holiday closures (including Christmas/New Year).
- Central London office location with:
