Working on the Asia International team

Working on the Asia International team is a unique opportunity to:

A Day in the Life of an Associate

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will be the interface between clients and expert knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate across multiple projects, managing inputs from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at established client organizations.
  • Multitask across overlapping workstreams in a fast communications-centric role.

Each day may include the following tasks:

  • Recruit and interact directly with experts.
  • Analyze legal, regulatory, market, and project-specific contexts for clients and experts.
  • Take full ownership of entire projects, including:
    • Initiating and managing client-expert communications.
    • Ensuring seamless collaboration through detailed scheduling and call coordination.

Success for New Associates

  • Broad introduction to the business world, avoiding premature niching in one sector or industry.
  • Commercial & client management skill development, covering:
    • Professional communications.
    • Negotiation & persuasion techniques.
    • Project & time management.

Career Progression Timeline:

  • Promotions to Manager after 24–30 months.
  • Promotions to Vice President following ~5 years.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic; competitive daily contribution expected.
  • Credentials:
    • Undergraduate degree with 2:1 (Upper Second Class) classification or above.
  • Distinguished extracurricular achievements during education.
  • Relevant internship experience required.
  • Language proficiency:
    • Fluent English.
    • C2 proficiency in Hindi or equivalent.

    • Structure:
      • Annual base salary of £41,500.
      • Uncapped variable compensation aligned with individual performance.
