What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

As the heart of our business, you’ll:

  • Find, call, and engage industry experts to deliver insights for our clients—often against tight deadlines.
  • Spend much of your day persuading specialists to share their expertise and scheduling high-calibre calls.

Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Own projects end-to-end—mapping client needs and aligning experts accordingly.
  • Cold call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections and securing buy-in.
  • Work at pace, juggling multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Learn adaptively, gaining broad domain knowledge (markets, business models, regulations).
  • Cross-sell Third Bridge’s offerings: content library, surveys, advisory, and 1-1 expert calls.

Your Commitment: German Fluency (C1+)

  • Required: Fluent spoken and written German, Level C1 or above.

  • First-year compensation: £51,000–£68,000 (£40,000 base + uncapped performance bonus available from Month 1).
