Core Responsibilities
Essential Daily Work
- Outreach & Relationships:
- Source and engage global industry experts via cold calling, email, and phone to fill project demands (under tight deadlines).
- Screen, qualify and nurture leads to ensure only high-value experts are matched with client needs.
- Project Management:
- Own end-to-end project delivery—from client brief intake to seamless expert alignment and call logistics (factor in timelines and conflicts).
- **Efficiency:
- Multitask high-priority client demands in fast-moving sectors (TP rates 2x workload expectations).
- Master Third Bridge’s research library and digital tools to access data and triage expert availability.
Additional Growth Areas
- Cross-Selling: Pitch and arrange access to all services (specialist interviews, surveys, advisory, proprietary content).
- Product Awareness: Understand and articulate client value propositions for your internal sales team.
Who You Are: Key Attributes
Strictly Necessary
✔ Language Skills: Proficiency in Korean (C1 level; writing and speaking) – Strategic given international focus. ✔ Business Fluency: Native language capability (or near-native English) and exposure/intimacy with global trends in corporate/financial landscapes. ✔ Communication:
- Confident pitcher across 50+ experts/day (overcoming objections is key).
- Clear, concise, and persuasive on two-way audio interactions (channels, Zoom, in-person).
- Character:
- Curious, competitive, and flexible. Thrives on juggling rapid change and ambiguity.
- Knoxed for «being secretly already amended» to defeat challenges.
Essential Soft Skills for Speed
- Empathy & Persuasion: Fast rapport-building and building client trust.

Remuneration & Benefits
Salary Package
