Role Overview
Job Title: Client Services Associate
Start Dates: July, September & October 2026
Ideal Candidate:
- Competitive, confident communicator (both phone and in-person)

- Proven ability to build rapport quickly, think on your feet, and exceed targets

About the Role
This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you’ll be at the heart of the business, connecting with industry experts around the world.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do Daily
- Own projects end-to-end, understanding client needs and scheduling high-calibre expert calls
- Cold call and engage experts across multiple industries, overcoming objections to secure their participation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working at pace under tight deadlines
- Develop deep market knowledge, gaining expertise in business models, regulations, and trends
- Cross-sell Third Bridge services, including:
- Expert calls
- Content Library access
- Surveys and Advisory services

Key Requirements
1. Fluent in Norwegian (written & oral – C1 and above)
Holding official language proficiency is non-negotiable due to client base.

Who Are We Looking For?
🎯 High performing graduates with leadership potential 🎯 Language proficiency preferences (Optional_HE: Scandinavian/Nordic knowledge): Bonus points for Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian fluency.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive Financial Package
💰 Total first-year salary: £51,000–£68,000
- Base salary ₹ £40,000 (Note: based sharpness/average-high performance)
- Uncapped performance bonus – Available from month one
