What is the opportunity?

Join RBC’s global Client Success Team (CST) as a dedicated onboarding specialist for the EMEA region. In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll:

  • Orchestrate seamless client onboarding across multiple products and jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Ensure compliance and operational excellence.

This position requires a 4-day in-office commitment at RBC’s London office (100 Bishopsgate, London).

About the Role

As part of RBC’s global Client Success Team, your primary responsibility will be to oversee client onboarding requests originating from the EMEA region across RBC’s locations. You'll serve as a key point of contact, managing the client lifecycle and coordinating closely with KYC, AML, Legal, Operations, IT, Credit, Digital Documents, and Risk teams to ensure polished, efficient client experiences.

Key focus areas include:

  • End-to-end coordination: Oversee onboarding processes to minimise client and Sales team frustrations.
  • Progress reporting: Transparency with business stakeholders, escalations as needed.
  • Risk mitigation: Proactive identification of operational risks or control deficiencies (reporting planned and reactive measures).
  • Process maintenance: Continuous review and updates to desktop procedures (minimum annual review) across compliance frameworks (e.g., Global Client Onboarding Procedures, KYC/AML).
  • Strategic contributions: Ongoing business support as directed (projects, documentation, policy updates).
  • Process optimization: Identify and implement improvements to streamline automation.

Must leverage strong expertise in derivative products alongside exceptional client communication skills in a relationship-driven role.

What You Will Do

  • Lead client lifecycle management across EMEA, spanning multiple regional functions.
  • Maintain open, transparent communication with business stakeholders regarding project progress.
  • Escalate risks and issues where required, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Update desktop procedures and compliance documentation based on process updates.
  • Support strategic/regulatory initatives and projects as needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
