Andersen James (AJ) is a fast-growing global recruitment specialist operating in some of the world's most in-demand sectors: data centres, renewable energy, civil infrastructure, and construction. We're expanding rapidly, and we're looking for 2–3 people to join our Sheffield team and grow with us.
What you'll actually be doing:
Recruitment is a sales job. It's also a people job. You'll be on the phone, building relationships with candidates and clients, matching exceptional talent to high-impact roles across our core sectors. You'll learn the full 360° recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and winning clients, to managing the entire hiring process end-to-end.

You might be a recent graduate who's hungry and hasn't found a role that matches your ambition yet. What we need from you:
A genuine hunger to be great, not just good Willing to put in the hours Sales experience or a background that proves you can handle rejection and keep going Strong communication skills: on the phone, in person, in writing Competitive instincts and a high personal standard The discipline to be consistent, not just occasionally brilliant Based in (or able to commute to) Sheffield
No recruitment experience needed. No sector experience required. We'll teach you everything, but we can't teach drive.
