Job Title & Location
Associate Consultant – Enterprise Risk (ERC-Ready) | Hybrid Primary Location: United Kingdom | Work Shift: Standard Job Type: Intern (Fixed Term / Trainee) – End Date: 30 September 2026 Remote Type: Hybrid (Onsite/Offsite flexibility to be agreed internally)
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the enterprise risk advisory team in delivering strategic risk assessments, mitigations, and consulting engagements.
- Assist in preparing high-impact risk documentation—including trend analyses, regulatory research summaries, and tailored client reports.
- Deliver executional excellence—collaborating closely with senior consultants to execute projects with precision.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports, leveraging risk matrices, scenario analyses, and governance dashboards.
- Drive client-facing storytelling by extracting key insights from complex risk environments and translating them into actionable narratives.

Key Qualifications
Education
A degree in (or equivalent to):
- Economics
- Finance
- Statistics
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or Risk Management preferred but not mandatory.
Certifications (Any of the following is an advantage):
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) – ACFE
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) – ISACA
- ITIL 4 Foundation – Skillsoft (Information Management)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
Essential Skills & Experiences

| Data Literacy | Ability to analyse and interpret raw/evolving data sources for risk insights. |
| Regulatory Compliance | Strong understanding of corporate compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, IFRS/CDIs). |
| Executive Presence | Confidence in presenting complex risk findings to executives concisely. |
| Storytelling | Translating data-driven insights into clear, credible narratives for stakeholders. |
| Tool Proficiency | Knowledge of tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel modelling, even basic programming language knowledge is a plus) is helpful. |
- Language: English at C2 (near-native) proficiency.
- Remote Collaboration: Comfortable communicating virtually with global teams while maintaining onsite synergy as needed.

- Experience in ERM engagements, audit support, IT controls, or fintech risk functions.
- Familiarity with AI-driven risk monitoring platforms or predictive analytics automotive enterprise data.
