Your Impact
As part of our Professional Services unit, you will support our enterprise customers with the architecture of OpenText solutions and their migration into the cloud. You will work closely with delivery, presales and sales colleagues to realize end-to-end projects, including AI projects.
What The Role Offers
- Advising our customers on the design, implementation, and migration of OpenText products (including cloud implementations)
- Conducting detailed requirement analyses, examining business processes to identify suitable solutions
- Creating solution concepts and technical documentation, including infrastructure and implementation plans
- Supporting with presales, technical escalations, and alignments with customers
- Advising our customers on best practices

What You Need To Succeed
- Several years of professional experience in ECM systems (or ERP or CRM)
- Proficiency in software development, e.g. in ABAP,.NET, web technologies
- Familiarity with IT architecture, client/server systems, cloud technologies, and databases
- Beneficial would be knowledge in OpenText products (e.g. xECM, Archive Center)
- Project experience within cloud environments and knowledge in containerization
