What we are looking for
Your background speaks volumes. While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, neither a degree nor prior recruitment experience is essential. Experience in sales, client relations, or other customer-facing roles will set you up for success. We are looking for proactive individuals who embrace challenges and consistently exceed expectations.

- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients, adding value at every stage
- Conducting thorough research using available tools and your own initiative
- Developing your skill set through team collaboration, management support, and independent learning
- Becoming an industry expert by combining company knowledge, network insights, and personal research
