This position is based in our Trinity Life Sciences London, UK office. The recruitment process will include first stage interviews in April, followed by final, in-person interviews scheduled for May 15th and May 16th. About the Team The VAP team is part of Trinity’s broader Evidence, Value, Access and Pricing (EVAP) group, which partners with biopharmaceutical companies to support the successful commercialization of innovative therapies. The VAP team focuses on understanding how therapies are valued, priced, and accessed across healthcare systems. The team works on projects related to pricing and launch strategy, value proposition development, and payer and access dynamics. Associate Consultants collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate research and analysis into clear insights that support client decision-making. Position Responsibilities Team Collaboration Support project teams with day-to-day engagement activities, including preparing materials for and taking notes during internal discussions and client-facing meetings Proactively communicate progress, questions, and challenges to project team members and seek feedback to support continuous learning Primary Market Research Conduct secondary research into disease backgrounds, treatment approaches, pricing, and access/HTA outcomes across various therapeutic areas to inform initial hypotheses and eventual findings/recommendations Support the design and preparation of primary research materials, including screening documents, pre-read materials, discussion guides, quantitative surveys, and research stimuli Coordinate and conduct primary market research with various healthcare decision-makers, such as payers and physicians Analysis Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis based on secondary and primary research to develop insights for clients Develop presentations and other outputs in collaboration with project teams for client deliverables Position Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Interest in the Pharmaceutical industry preferred Work Experience: 0-2 years of experience in consulting or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry. Other Skills: Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Enthusiasm for working collaboratively across teams Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently Demonstrated interest in developing quantitative and analytical skills Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint Ability to learn quickly on the job Trinity powers the future of life sciences commercialization through the fusion of human and artificial intelligence.
