Corporate Real Estate Associate (2–6 PQE) – Central London
About the Firm
A highly regarded US law firm with a strong private capital and transactional platform in London. The firm advises sponsors, investment managers and corporates on complex, high-value cross-border transactions, operating through lean teams with close integration across corporate, finance and private equity practices.
The Role
This role sits within a growing corporate real estate practice focused on private equity and investment-driven real estate transactions. The team advises on acquisitions and disposals (direct and indirect), joint ventures, restructurings, and the full range of corporate real estate matters arising in sophisticated private capital transactions.

The work spans a broad range of asset classes and regularly includes:
- Complex lease arrangements
- Franchise structures
- Hotel and broader asset management agreements
Matters are often international in scope, requiring close collaboration across jurisdictions and practice areas.
What They’re Looking For
- England & Wales qualified associate with 2–6 years’ PQE
- Strong experience in corporate real estate or private equity real estate transactions
- Exposure to:
- Acquisitions
- Disposals
- Joint ventures
- Transaction-driven real estate work
- Experience with:
- Hotel or broader asset management agreements
- Complex commercial leasing (advantageous, but not mandatory)
- Commercial, detail-oriented
- Comfortable taking responsibility within lean deal teams
