We are now working with a major bank that is looking to recruit an Associate into their corporate strategy team.
Responsibilities
- Undertake in-depth analysis to support the development and track the execution of the group’s strategy
- Provide support to the senior strategy function and senior management on strategic reviews to:
- Improve the quality of strategic planning
- Enhance management information
- Strengthen accountability and governance
- Ensure timely consideration of market, industry, and competitor analysis for planning and performance management activities
- Maintain the team’s compliance with:
- Mandatory initiatives
- Necessary requirements
- Business-critical initiatives

Requirements

- Experience in financial services
- Strategy experience, either in consultancy or corporate
- Strong:
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in:
- A small team
- In a flat structure environment
- Modelling capabilities
- Typically 4–6 years of experience with at least some financial services experience
