Associate, Corporate Strategy – Major Bank
We are now working with a major bank who are looking to recruit an Associate into their corporate strategy team.
Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Undertake in-depth analysis to support the development and track execution of the group’s strategy
- Provide support to the senior strategy function and senior management on:
- Strategic reviews
- Improving the quality of strategic planning
- Strategic management information
- Accountability and governance
- Ensure proper and timely consideration of:
- Market analysis
- Industry trends
- Competitor analysis to support planning and performance management activities
- Ensure the team’s compliance with:
- Mandatory initiatives
- Necessary requirements
- Business-critical thresholds

Requirements & Criteria
To be successful in this role, you should ideally:
- Have financial services experience
- Possess strategy experience, whether in consultancy or corporate
- Demonstrated:
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving expertise
- Analytical aptitude, including modelling
- Be able to:
- Work independently
- Collaborate effectively in a small, flat-structure team environment

Experience benchmarking:
- Typically 4–6 years of experience
- Must include some financial services experience
