Role Overview
RLB is expanding in the Data Centre sector, which represents the forefront of technological advancement and sustainable development in infrastructure. With significant growth, we need experienced professionals to lead and deliver our projects.
Our seasoned consultants drive ambitious, transformative projects, spanning new build, fitout, refurbishment, and capacity upgrades.
We’re recruiting an Associate Cost Manager to lead:
- Data Centre (CSA/MEP) projects across London and Europe.
- Key account management.
- Team growth and development.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure the successful delivery of Data Centre projects, achieving optimal performance and outcomes.
- Provide pre- and post-contract quantity surveying and cost management.
- Exhibit leadership across people, projects, and business operations.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, aiding business development and winning new contracts.
- Contribute to project and business profitability, including revenue goals.
- Manage team members, including mentorship and career development.
- Foster efficiency, best practices, and excellent standards across projects and teams.
- Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to Rider Levett Bucknall’s direction.
- Maintain awareness of current industry trends and discipline best practices.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related technical field.
- MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body.
Experience
- Strong expertise in Data Centre projects.
- Background in CSA and MEP/Mechanical & Electrical packages.
- Proven technical delivery experience.
- Former employment with a consultancy or WDS Stark التركيباتendent client**.
- Proven skill in stakeholder management with a focus on account development.
- Demonstrable leadership abilities in people, projects, and business.
