Overview of the Role
As Associate Creative Strategy Director, you’ll lead the charge in shaping and commercializing creator-first strategies that drive exceptional creative work for the world’s most iconic brands. Bridging the gap between strategy, creativity, culture, and creators, your role involves:

Key Responsibilities
• Lead insight-led strategic development for pitches, client briefs, and proactive opportunities
• Align complex brand goals with platform-native, audience-activator solutions
• Collaborate across Creative, Strategy, Talent, and Media teams to ideate integrated campaigns
• Facilitate strategic workshops (internal and client-facing)
• Mentor and empower junior strategists, fostering a collaborative culture
• Pitch confidently—present ideas brilliantly to senior stakeholders and clients
• Track social, platform, and cultural trends to spot growth opportunities

What You Bring to the Table
✊ 5–7 years of experience in:
- Strategy, Creative Strategy, or related agency domains
- Creative, social-first, or creator-focused contexts
✊ A native viewpoint towards creator culture and how platforms drive engagement
✊ Tangible experience in:
- Transitioning brand objectives and audience insights into compelling strategies
✊ A leader’s voice:
- Proven ability to influencers, manage stakeholders, and align cross-functional teams
- Workshop facilitation
✊ Storytelling & presentation expertise—simplifying complexity for peak impact
✊ Staying proactive and organized, juggling multiple priorities to drive projects forward
✊ Balancing big-picture vision with granular execution precision
