Associate – Resolve Point
About Resolve Point
Resolve Point is a strategic conflict resolution business focused on helping organisations and employees resolve workplace disputes earlier, faster and more effectively.
We combine commercial experience, behavioural insight and data-led analysis to help parties find a path forward before positions become entrenched and costs escalate.
We are building a carefully selected network of Associates who share our belief that conflict can be handled differently.
This is not employment.
It is an opportunity to become part of a trusted associate network that may support Resolve Point assignments as our practice grows.
The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced professionals who can bring calm thinking, sound judgement and commercial awareness to complex workplace situations. Our Associates may support activities including:
- Workplace mediation and facilitation
- Employment dispute resolution
- Strategic negotiation support
- Executive and leadership conversations
- Independent assessments and reviews
- Conflict management and stakeholder engagement
- Organisational and behavioural insights
