Associate – Resolve Point

About Resolve Point

Resolve Point is a strategic conflict resolution business focused on helping organisations and employees resolve workplace disputes earlier, faster and more effectively.

We combine commercial experience, behavioural insight and data-led analysis to help parties find a path forward before positions become entrenched and costs escalate.

We are building a carefully selected network of Associates who share our belief that conflict can be handled differently.

This is not employment.

It is an opportunity to become part of a trusted associate network that may support Resolve Point assignments as our practice grows.

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals who can bring calm thinking, sound judgement and commercial awareness to complex workplace situations. Our Associates may support activities including:

  • Workplace mediation and facilitation
  • Employment dispute resolution
  • Strategic negotiation support
  • Executive and leadership conversations
  • Independent assessments and reviews
  • Conflict management and stakeholder engagement
  • Organisational and behavioural insights

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
