About the role
This Associate Data Analyst position supports an expanding portfolio, specifically focusing on a lead mandate for a prominent British financial services firm that is entering new markets. We require an entry-level analyst to transform raw information into structured reports that allow our principals to provide clear advice. Your work will serve as the factual foundation for the governance and strategy decisions we defend to our clients.
About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that critical business problems do not fit the traditional large firm consulting model. We work with a limited number of mandates to ensure every client receives direct attention from the principals who are accountable for the outcome. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for family groups, listed corporations, and government entities. We operate as a fully remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead or aggressive growth targets. We focus on clarity over complexity in everything we do.
What you will do
- Extract and organize financial data to support the expansion project of a leading British financial firm.
- Build and maintain basic models to help the team form a view on market entry performance.
- Review large datasets for inconsistencies that might affect client governance or portfolio clarity.
- Produce clean visualizations and summary tables for use in principle led advisory sessions.
- Assist in the audit of existing client operating models to identify areas for improved efficiency.
- Maintain the integrity of internal databases used for benchmarking holding company performance.
- Document data sources and methodology to ensure the defensibility of our findings.
- Support the preparation of briefs that explain technical results to executive stakeholders in plain English.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How we work
We operate as a decentralized firm where results and the clarity of your thought are the only metrics that matter. Because we are a fully remote organization, our communication is deliberate, frequent, and primarily written. You will work directly with our principals, receiving mentorship on how to frame information for decision makers who have limited time. We do not use formal hierarchies to slow down progress: if your analysis is correct and the logic is sound, it becomes part of the client mandate. This model requires a high level of individual accountability and a focus on producing work that can be defended under scrutiny.
What the role offers
- A permanent, full time position with a remote work structure that respects your autonomy.
- Direct exposure to high level mandates for significant financial institutions and family groups.
- Consistent mentorship from partners who are involved in the daily work of the firm.
- A professional environment that values sober analysis and plain communication over corporate politics.
- The opportunity to build a career in data analysis within a specialized advisory framework.
- Competitive compensation that is attractive for entry level roles in the current market.
