Role Description

This full-time on-site Associate Dentist role is based at Pan Dental in Warwick (Part-Time also considered). The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of clinical dental services, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, cosmetic treatments, and preventive care. Daily responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care, explaining treatment options clearly, obtaining informed consent, and maintaining accurate, compliant clinical records. The role involves working closely with the wider dental team to ensure seamless patient journeys, contributing to practice standards, and supporting quality improvement and infection-control protocols. The Associate Dentist will be expected to maintain high clinical standards, uphold the practice’s ethos of listening and care, and participate in ongoing professional development.

  • UDA's: Up to 5000
  • PVT: 45%

Qualifications

  • Recognized dental degree (e.g., BDS or equivalent) and full registration with the relevant dental council or regulatory body.
  • Demonstrated experience in general dentistry, including examinations, restorative treatments, preventive care, and basic cosmetic procedures.
  • Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly, manage expectations, and support nervous or anxious patients.
  • Commitment to high standards of clinical quality, infection control, and adherence to current dental guidelines and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dental team and contribute positively to a supportive, patient-focused practice culture.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills to manage clinical schedules and documentation efficiently.
  • Willingness to engage in continuing professional development and stay current with advances in dental techniques and technology.
  • Experience or interest in orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, implants, or advanced restorative work is an advantage.
