Please note:
This vacancy is open to dentists who are GDC registered or who have submitted their GDC registration and are awaiting their registration number. We also welcome applications from Foundation Dentists looking to relocate to Northern Ireland.

Are you a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist looking for a supportive, well-equipped mixed practice where you can grow your private income while enjoying genuine clinical freedom?
We have exciting opportunities across our established mixed NHS and private practices throughout Northern Ireland. Whether you're looking for a full-time role or simply want to utilise your spare clinical days (minimum two days per week), we offer genuine flexibility within professional, well-supported environments.
Up to £12,000 Bonus Package
To support dentists joining our practices and reward long-term commitment, we're offering a bonus package of up to £12,000, paid as follows:
- £2,000 Sign-Up Payment: payable on signing your Associate Agreement to help support relocation or associated costs.
- £5,000 Retention Bonus: payable after completing 12 months' continuous service.
- £5,000 Loyalty Bonus: payable after completing 24 months' continuous service.

Example Earning Potential
Associates working in comparable mixed practices are currently achieving:
- Typical practice mix: Around ⅔ Private / ⅓ NHS
- Estimated monthly take-home: Around £11,250 per month* (after typical associate deductions)
*Illustrative example only. Actual earnings depending on productivity, private fees, laboratory costs, associate agreement and individual clinical activity.
