Associate Dentist
Associate Dentist – Tunbridge Wells
Location: Tunbridge Wells TN1 1PN Job Type: Permanent, Self-Employed Start Date: ASAP Hours: 24 hours per week Working Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday
Remuneration: • Hourly rate or 40% percentage • 50:50 lab fee contribution
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our busy and growing dental practice in Tunbridge Wells.
This is a growth-focused opportunity within a high-demand clinic, offering the chance to:
- Build and develop a strong patient list while delivering both general and cosmetic dentistry.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in—or a strong interest in—composite bonding.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality general and cosmetic dental treatments
- Build and maintain strong, long-term patient relationships
- Provide clear, well-structured treatment plans, ensuring patient understanding and favourable outcomes
- Expand cosmetic services, particularly bonding and aligners
- Efficiently manage a busy clinic diary
- Collaborate with the clinical and support team
Requirements
- Qualified Dentist with a valid UK practising licence (must be GDC registered)
- Strong clinical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and patient care skills
- Experience or interest in cosmetic dentistry (preferably bonding or aligners)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
