Join the newly established London team of one of the industry's most celebrated interior design studios, creating beautifully layered residential interiors.

Position

As an Associate/Project Lead, you will take a leading role in the delivery of a significant, large-scale private residential project in prime London. Working as part of a growing London team and closely with the studio's international design leadership, you will oversee the project from design development through to completion.

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines project management with strong design and technical expertise. You will take ownership of project programming, scope, fees, administration and schedules, while overseeing the development and delivery of detailed interior architecture and bespoke joinery packages.

With an exceptional listed residential project in prime London to join, this is an opportunity to take a pivotal role in its successful delivery, working closely with the client and their representatives alongside consultants, contractors and specialist makers.

Candidate

This role would suit an experienced interior designer or interior architect who is already operating at Associate or leadership level and has a proven track record of leading large-scale, high-end private residential projects from concept through to completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
