Senior Project Delivery Manager (Geographic Market/Program/Client Account)
Role Purpose
The purpose of this position is to oversee project management services within an assigned geographic market, program, or client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Key project delivery focus areas include:
- Scope management
- Budget control
- Schedule adherence
- Quality assurance
- Risk mitigation
Key Responsibilities

Financial Stewardship
- Ensure financial performance of assigned accounts through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage billing (including revenue recognition documentation), accounts receivable (AR) collection, expense monitoring, staffing allocation, and full P&L to EBITDA (pre-allocation).

Client Relationship & Performance Governance
- Maintain regular engagement with client(s) to align on goals, objectives, and action plans for variance correction.
- Anticipate and address client needs and concerns proactively.

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead project management staff in the assigned market, ensuring compliance with operations, policies, and procedures.
- Supervise employees/supervisors, including performance tracking, coaching, training, and motivation.
- Hold full responsibility for hiring, termination, compensation, and performance evaluation of direct reports.

End-to-End Project Management
- Direct all phases of project delivery, including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Focus on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.

Business Growth & Cross-Selling
- Drive new business growth and maintain existing client relationships.
- Integrate with CBRE business lines and cross-sell services within the assigned geographic market/program/client account to meet strategic objectives.

Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal governance controls.
- Oversee contract administration (procurement, negotiation, execution, and closeout), including client/vendor and supplier agreements.

Risk Management & Contingency Planning
- Identify and mitigate complex project risks, including constructability reviews and contingency planning.

Reporting & External Relations
- Prepare accurate, timely, and compliant reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Engage in industry/civic organisations, maintain vendor relationships, and represent the company professionally.

Experience
- Proven track record in directly managing work groups or leading 3rd-party project teams (typically larger, experienced teams).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in related fields and/or training.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) from an accredited college or university.

Supervisory & Leadership
- Supervisory experience (direct report responsibilities) is preferred if the role involves managing subordinates.

Competencies
- Strong ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex business documents.
- Skilled in problem-solving for advanced challenges and managing multiple options in highly complex scenarios.
- Expert-level analytical and quantitative skills, with experience developing strategic sales/matrix environment solutions.
- Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles with persuasive communication.
- Proficient in making compelling presentations to employees, clients, executives, and public audiences.
- Strong negotiation and motivational skills for influencing employees, senior leadership, and client groups.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
