The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll drive revenue, develop consultants and help lead our Leeds office while maintaining your own portfolio of strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead from the front through consistent personal billing and business development.
- Build and expand strategic client relationships.
- Coach, mentor and develop recruitment consultants.
- Create a high-performance sales culture.
- Manage recruitment KPIs and team performance.
- Support recruitment and onboarding.
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
- Advise the board on market trends.
- Lead PSL applications, proposals and tenders.
- Drive CRM excellence and operational discipline.
- Champion SPG's values and culture.
- Represent SPG at networking events.
- Support the SPG brand through thought leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in technology recruitment.
- Leadership or team management experience.
- Strong business development capability.
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity and accountability.
- Ambition to build a long-term career with SPG.
