About the Opportunity
Ready to lead, grow and shape an architectural service?
We’re working with an established practice seeking an ambitious Associate Director to lead major industrial and logistics projects while helping drive the continued growth of its architectural team.
This is more than a project delivery role. You’ll act as Lead Designer across RIBA Stages 0–6, develop key client relationships, win new work and mentor a growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership of major projects through all RIBA stages
- Strong technical and regulatory knowledge
- Commercial awareness and project management skills
- Confidence with clients, pitches and fee proposals
- Experience developing and mentoring architectural teams
Industrial and logistics sector experience would be particularly valuable.
