Associate Director
Senior Project Manager / Associate Director
London | £75,000-£90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
An established and growing independent construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to join its London team.
This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of major industrial, logistics, data centre and commercial developments for a portfolio of leading developers, investors and occupiers. You'll take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary consultant teams.
The Role
- Lead the successful delivery of large-scale industrial, logistics, commercial and data centre projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams through all RIBA stages.
- Oversee project programmes, procurement, risk management, design coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide strategic advice throughout the development lifecycle, from feasibility through to handover.
- Support business development activities and mentor junior team members.

About You
- Experience as a Senior Project Manager or Associate within a construction consultancy.
- Proven track record delivering industrial, logistics, commercial or data centre projects.
- Strong client-facing, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with excellent project delivery experience.
- MRICS, MAPM or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.
