Leadenhall Search & Selection is currently partnering with a leading global strategic communications and corporate advisory firm to hire an Associate Director into their Financial Communications team within the Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) practise in London.
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected advisory firm that works with some of the world's most high-profile and fastest-growing companies in this space. The team advises clients on high-profile situations including M&A, IPOs, capital markets, corporate positioning, and broader reputation matters.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of financial and corporate communications assignments for leading TMT clients
- Supporting clients through key business events such as acquisitions, listings, restructurings, and other significant corporate milestones
- Managing project workstreams, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across client engagements
- Supporting senior team members on account management, business development, and pitch preparation
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience within financial communications, corporate communications, or strategic communications, preferably with experience in an agency environment
- Experience working with clients in the TMT sector is a must
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investor audiences, corporate reputation, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
