Associate Director - Land & Investment

Edinburgh

Our client, a highly respected and market-leading property agency is looking up to an Associate Director hire to join their Land & Investment team in Edinburgh.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious land and development professional to join a well-established team with a strong reputation across Scotland. You will play a key role in advising landowners, developers, investors, and institutional clients, while helping to drive the continued growth of the business in the Scottish market.

You will be involved in the delivery of high-profile land and development transactions, providing strategic advice to clients and identifying opportunities to generate new business.

  • Leading land and development transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Managing and developing key client relationships
  • Originating new instructions and contributing to fee generation
  • Providing strategic advice on land, development, and investment opportunities
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider business to deliver client solutions
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Contributing to team strategy, growth, and overall performance

About You

  • Are highly analytical with strong commercial awareness
  • Enjoy building relationships and working closely with clients
  • Are proactive, driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Ideally, you will have:

  • An established network within the Scottish development and property market
  • A proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships
  • Leadership capability with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others
  • Experience managing complex instructions and delivering commercial outcomes
