A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Associate Director to join a growing and forward-thinking building design consultancy based in Sheffield. This role offers a genuine pathway to Directorship and equity share holding.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of multi-sector building services projects (commercial, healthcare, education, residential) from concept through to completion
- Oversee the technical quality of Electrical design work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
- Mentor and support junior engineers, driving team performance, professional development, and a positive working culture
- Contribute to business development, including writing proposals, attending client meetings, and identifying new opportunities
- Collaborate with Directors on strategic planning, operational improvement, and long-term business goals
- Champion innovation and sustainability within project delivery
