The Role: Associate Director – Hotels & Licensed Property Brokerage
Sector: Real Estate
Location: London
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 DOE + bonus + benefits
I am working with an established and highly regarded commercial property consultancy to find them an experienced Associate Director to join its Hotels and Licensed Property Brokerage team in London.
This is a senior opportunity for a commercially driven and well-connected property professional to play a key role within a specialist brokerage team focused on hotels, hospitality, entertainment and wider licensed assets across the UK.
You will be responsible for building a pipeline, leading transactions, advising clients on acquisitions and disposals, and supporting the continued growth of a high-performing team within a respected national platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sale and acquisition of hotels and licensed leisure assets
- Manage client relationships including operators, vendors, investors, and developers
- Provide strategic advice on asset positioning, valuation, and market opportunities
- Generate new business through existing networks and market engagement
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to wider team revenue targets and growth strategy
Requirements:
- Proven experience within hotels, leisure, or licensed property brokerage
- Strong track record of deal origination and execution
- RICS qualified (essential)
- Established network across operators, investors, or sector stakeholders
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to operate at a senior level with autonomy
