The Role

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of property professionals, driving performance, developing talent, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across residential sales and lettings.

You will:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of residential property consultants
  • Drive team performance against sales, revenue, and business targets
  • Monitor KPIs, activity levels, and individual performance
  • Support team members with negotiations, valuations, and client management
  • Create a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants
  • Identify opportunities to grow market share and generate new business
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and UK property regulations

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience within the UK residential estate agency sector
  • Previous experience managing, mentoring, or leading a property team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
  • Strong understanding of residential sales and lettings processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop high-performing individuals
  • Commercially minded with a results-driven approach
  • Professional, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service
