Golin Ketchum’s Data, Insight and Analytics team is growing. We’re hiring two senior people to sit at the centre of how we measure, interpret and tell the story of the work we do for some of the world’s biggest brands. One role leans into analytics and performance, the other into insight and storytelling. Both are based in London, both look at the world globally, and both work across the Omnicom network.

Associate Director, Analytics & Performance

You’re the person who wants to know whether it worked, and why. You see a campaign and immediately want the numbers behind it: what moved, what didn’t, and what we’d do differently next time. You’re as comfortable building the dashboard as you are standing in front of a client explaining what it means. This is a senior seat on a team of builders and innovators, owning how we measure performance across global markets and how we turn that measurement into better outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you’ll do

  • Lead measurement and performance analysis across campaigns and always-on programmes, spanning multiple markets.
  • Run the full analytics toolkit with confidence (social listening, search analysis, GEO / generative engine optimisation tracking and more) and know when to reach for which.
  • Build dashboards that pull data across global markets into something clear, current and genuinely useful.
  • Design and explain our data models: how the data was gathered, how the methodology holds up, and why the numbers can be trusted.
  • Solve the problems other people get stuck on, and use that credibility to grow clients’ confidence in what data can do for them.
  • Manage stakeholders across the Omnicom network, partnering with specialists and other agencies on shared work.

  • Deep fluency across social listening, search and analytics platforms, and the judgement to interpret what they’re telling you, not just export it.
  • A track record of building dashboards and reporting across markets.
  • The rare ability to explain technical method simply, to a data peer and a sceptical client in the same week.
  • A problem-solver’s instinct and a builder’s energy. You want to help shape how a senior team works, not just slot into it.
  • Confidence presenting to audiences large, small and senior, and the craft to turn analysis into PowerPoint that lands. You know the difference between showing data and bringing it to life.
  • An innovative spirit and desire to push boundaries. You’ll be part of a proud AMEC award-winning team who are focused on leading the industry and play a key part in keeping us at the forefront.
