About the Role
As a Structural Solutions Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Bridges and Structures team. You’ll spearhead innovation—crafting sustainable, data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Key sectors include highways, rail, aviation, energy, and power, while driving advancements in decarbonisation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Delivery
- Mentor teams in structural analysis, feasibility studies, tender and detailed designs, and contract document/technical report production.
- Coordinate across disciplines to achieve integrated solutions and client satisfaction.
- Innovation & Efficiency
- Implement automated, data-driven, and standardised solutions to streamline processes.
- Client & Project Collaboration
- Partner with UK Integrated Delivery and global teams to ensure resource optimisation and project success.

Requirements
To excel here, you’ll bring:
- Professional Qualification: In Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Exceptional time management, collaboration, and leadership.
- Project management expertise, particularly in bridge design (or transferable skills).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Desirable (but not exclusive):
- Experience in asset management, structures renewals, or post-tensioned structures (including PTSI).
