Associate Director: OTE £100k+
Market leading new business & performance related bonus.
A private consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering expert-led, commercially focussed surveying and project management services, is looking for an Associate Director to join them at a pivotal time of growth.
They're agile, trusted, and passionate about delivering smart, efficient outcomes.
This is a 70% project / 30% professional role. You’ll be hands-on, leading high-value projects while helping shape the future of the consultancy.
In the project space (70%), you will:
- Manage multiple projects including project management of commercial projects to refurbishment oversight, within a range of £100k - £1.9m.
- Provide clear, confident advice to clients and stakeholders—grounded in expertise and commercial awareness.
- Navigate contracts and negotiations, with a calm, solution-focused approach.

- Lead and deliver complex building surveying instructions—everything from dilapidations and technical due diligence
