An excellent opportunity exists to join a market-leading, multi-disciplinary property consultancy with a strong national presence—13 offices across England and Scotland, a team of over 1,000 professionals, and a long-established national Building Surveying division.
About the Role
- Location: City centre office
- Team: Part of a 10-person Building Surveying team based in Bristol
- Project Exposure: Full range of instructions across diverse commercial property sectors (minimal public sector work)
- Workload Split:
- 40% Project/Contract Administration
- 60% Surveys
- Focus: Primarily local Bristol-area work
- Career Progression: Strong opportunities available
Key Responsibilities:
- Workload includes project/contract administration and commercial property surveys.
- Support for specialisation or niche development available but not mandatory.
- Clean exposure to commercial property sectors with no traditional public/private sector restrictions.

Candidate Requirements
- MRICS qualification required
- Open to candidates from either a commercial or construction consultancy background
