Associate Director Building Surveyor – Leading National Firm

Building Surveyor – Senior Surveyor/Leading Surveyor

An excellent opportunity exists to join a market-leading, multi-disciplinary property consultancy with a strong national presence—13 offices across England and Scotland, a team of over 1,000 professionals, and a long-established national Building Surveying division.


About the Role

  • Location: City centre office
  • Team: Part of a 10-person Building Surveying team based in Bristol
  • Project Exposure: Full range of instructions across diverse commercial property sectors (minimal public sector work)
  • Workload Split:
    • 40% Project/Contract Administration
    • 60% Surveys
  • Focus: Primarily local Bristol-area work
  • Career Progression: Strong opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workload includes project/contract administration and commercial property surveys.
  • Support for specialisation or niche development available but not mandatory.
  • Clean exposure to commercial property sectors with no traditional public/private sector restrictions.
