You will be part of a commercial multidisciplinary consultancy with an enviable client list consisting of high-level global investors and corporate occupiers, including Legal & General, Aviva, M&G.

As well as being able to demonstrate excellent delivery, this role is suited to a commercially-focused individual who would ultimately wish to achieve a director position. • Where appointed as in a strategic CDM advisory role to our clients, develop (and/or (and support the Head of CDM Services) in developing) bespoke systems to suit our client’s requirements
  • Proactively undertake CDM Design Risk Review Workshops / Safety in Design Reviews with individual designers and Clients, providing competent and pragmatic advice to support our clients and design teams.
  • Providing ad-hoc support and advice to our other multidisciplinary teams across TFT.
  • Liaise with other business units within TFT, cross-selling our multi-disciplinary services

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
