A well-established consultancy with a strong Yorkshire client base is seeking an Associate Director Civil Engineering to take charge of its Leeds presence. As Associate Director Civil Engineering, you will build and lead a local design team while working closely with an established regional office.
This Associate Director Civil Engineering role combines technical authority, people leadership, and commercial responsibility across highways, drainage, and development infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver civil engineering schemes to programme and budget
- Act as principal client contact across Yorkshire projects
- Grow and manage a Leeds-based civil engineering team
- Support forecasting, invoicing, and business planning
- Provide senior technical oversight and CDM compliance
Candidate Requirements
- Significant consultancy experience leading civil projects
- Strong highways, drainage, and development infrastructure expertise
- Experience managing teams and supporting growth
- Chartered or Incorporated status desirable
- Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering
