Who We're Looking To Connect With
- Experienced leaders within Clinical Operations/Site Management & Monitoring
- Strong people managers with a proven ability to develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams
- Professionals skilled in:
- Overseeing study delivery
- Resource planning
- Operational excellence
- Individuals with strong stakeholder collaboration skills across local leadership and cross-functional teams
- A person available to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week) from our Luton office
Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in:
- Development Operations (e.g., CRA, Sr CRA, or leadership roles)
- Proven experience in:
- Team leadership
- Performance management and coaching
- Strong knowledge of:
- Clinical trial processes
- ICH-GCP
- Monitoring activities
- Excellent:
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Stakeholder management
