Job Opportunity: Associate Director, Corporate Solutions / Real Assets Team
Global Financial Services Leader Seeking Senior Leader for London Office
A prominent global financial services leader is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their Corporate Solutions / Real Assets team in London.
This is an opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a business recognised for its scale, ambition, and commitment to innovation.
About the Role
In this position, you will:
- Take operational leadership of a large, high-performing team, delivering company secretarial, corporate, and fund administration services to a portfolio of UK unregulated Real Assets entities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, drive service excellence, and act as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and develop teams, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage risk and compliance obligations.
- Support wider business strategy, engage with clients, and contribute to new business proposals and cross-jurisdictional collaboration.
- Potentially act as a director on client boards as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years’ experience in corporate or fund services.
- Strong knowledge and application of UK company law and regulatory standards.
- A proven track record in leading and motivating teams.
- A relevant professional qualification, such as CGI or ICSA, is preferred.
