Associate Director, Corporate Tax (Private Businesses)
An Associate Director, Corporate Tax is sought by a Big 4 Firm in London. This opportunity will see you manage a portfolio of privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses, advising on a broad range of UK and international tax matters. Joining a collaborative and growing team, you will play a key role in delivering complex advisory projects, providing an excellent platform for an experienced tax professional looking to further develop their career in a collaborative and ambitious environment.
The Role
- Act as a trusted adviser to privately owned businesses, providing commercially focused tax advice across a range of UK and international matters
- Support clients through acquisitions, international expansion, restructurings and other significant business events
- Build and develop strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to provide additional value and win new work
- Collaborate with Partners, Directors and specialist teams to deliver integrated solutions to complex tax issues
- Oversee corporation tax compliance and reporting engagements, ensuring a high standard of client service
- Coach and develop junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth

About You
- ACA, CTA or equivalent qualified with strong UK corporate tax experience
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to provide practical, commercially focused advice
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality work across multiple engagements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive projects forward
