The Opportunity
In this role, your focus will be on:

Management and Accountability
- Manage multiple teams and accounts across the business.
- Act as the key account manager for the Data Centre team, developing client relationships through partnerships and trust.

Business Development & Strategic Leadership
- Engage new clients and secure repeat projects with existing clients using proven business development skills.
- Oversee key strategic client projects and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Financial & Commercial Expertise
- Apply your wealth of cost management experience to deliver projects within contract performance measures.
- Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has strong operational management experience in a dynamic business environment.
- With expertise in pre- and post-contract cost management within Data Centres (essential).
- Possesses 10+ years of experience in construction, with specific cost management experience in the data centre sector.
- Demonstrates confidence in leading client meetings.
- Holds a degree (or comparable experience) in cost management or quantity surveying.
- Is a chartered professional and ideally a member of the RICS.
- Is an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Thrives on building strong relationships through shared purpose, openness, and a collaborative, fun culture.
