About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and client-focused professional to lead senior client success for Moody’s Insurance Analytics’ Broker Market Segment.

As a global leader in risk assessment, Moody’s partners with insurers, reinsurers, and financial institutions to help navigate uncertainty—transforming risk intelligence into actionable insight. Our focus on Broker Market Success is poised to accelerate revenue growth in this critical sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead as a strategic account executive for Moody’s Broker Market Segment, ensuring clients unlock maximum value from Moody’s solutions while delivering enterprise-level outcomes.

Account & Relationship Management

  • Define, execute, and refine strategic client plans in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Champion revenue expandability through deep dive client business understanding, identifying new revenue streams and growth opportunities.
  • Develop proactive risk mitigation strategies to scale client retention and revenue growth in concert with sales and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships across the entire scope of client operations, including executives, traders, underwriters, and operational teams—connecting solutions to true business needs.

Solution & Engagement Delivery

  • Lead critical client engagements, including:
    • Model evaluations, valuations of catastrophe risk (VoR), and model adoption plans
    • Development of client workflows for optimal risk management
    • API integrations and system adoption via change management
  • Own the onboarding and adoption process for specialized analytics tools, from development and pitch through sustained use.
  • Design personalized solutions based on an in-depth knowledge of client challenges and Moody’s product ecosystem.
  • Work collaboratively—align with internal stakeholders (training, product, support, engineering) to ensure smooth transitions.

Operational Excellence

  • Partner with training and support teams to deliver cutting-edge educational programs, proactively upskilling clients.
  • Act as a visible advocate for Moody’s RMS at internal and external forums—representing insights at client meetings, industry conferences, and Moody’s leadership meetings.
  • Ensure timely global visibility across the Broker segment, maintaining alignment with RM’s Global Client Success Leadership & senior management.

Strategic Growth Initiatives

  • Travel globally to engage with clients and business stakeholders, supporting strategic engagements and client-specific problem-solving.

  • Insurance and reinsurance clients
  • Financial services firms

Drawing on deep data science expertise, we create solutions like CAT Modeling, Model Evaluation (MME), and Comprehensive Climate Predictions, empowering customers to decipher risk and catalyse action.

Skills & Competencies Required

Professional Experience

  • minimum 8 years successful client-facing experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Reinsurance, broker markets, catastrophe management (e.g., modeling underwriting, value development)
    • Risk management in high-stakes sectors (e.g., financial services, corporate ESG oversight, SEM).
    • Enterprise software analytics or AI-powered solution environments.
  • Strong grasp of risk management frameworks (whether traditional or newly emergent) is preferred.

Key Abilities

  • Resourceful collaborator with a sensitivity to operational complexity—thriving in environments demanding proactive problem-solving under pressure.
  • Expertise in strategic account management, project delivery, and optimizing client ROI.
    • Ability to extend influence across stakeholders via clear negotiations, exceptional communication, and sustainable relationship-building.
    • Proven ability to innovate within constraints, directing masterful business reviews and compelling delivery of complex insights.
  • Technical foundation or natural curiosity in AI, incentivizing partnership in ethical and impactful application.
